To help ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Deposits

To secure your booking at Studio Lioness, we will request a deposit at the time of booking. Payment is made online.

  • Cut / Styling: $50.00

  • Colouring: $100.00

Your deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve your appointment especially for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $100 cancelation fee which must be paid before your next visit.

This also applies to significant appointment changes. For example, if you are booked for a Colour Service & Haircut or Styling and decide to proceed with only a Haircut, this will be treated as a partial cancellation.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Sick Policy

Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell. Coming to the studio while sick puts both our team and other clients at risk of exposure.

If you are feeling unwell or suspect you may be getting sick, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date that suits you.

Clients who arrive unwell will be refused service and required to rebook. As this falls under our cancellation policy, a cancellation fee will be applied. Your health and the well-being of everyone in our space are our top priorities.

Running Late

To ensure we stay on schedule, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete your full service if you arrive late.

Please allow extra time for travel, traffic, and parking.

If you are running late, please notify us via SMS using the number from your confirmation text or direct email.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Consultation Policy

Your hair journey starts with a consultation to ensure we understand your vision and needs. We provide a complimentary 15-minute consultation with every appointment. If more time is required, an additional fee will be added to your final service. This ensures we can give every client the attention they deserve while keeping our schedule running smoothly. Thank you for your understanding!

Children Policy

For the safety of everyone in the salon, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment. With the use of chemicals and hot tools, our space is not a suitable environment for young children. This helps us maintain a safe, distraction-free atmosphere and ensures we can provide you with the best possible service.

Babies in prams are welcome, but please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Blow-Dry After Colour

We don’t offer a dry-off service—all colour services require a full blow-dry to ensure the best results and a flawless finish.

Cut Without Blow-Dry

At Studio Lioness, many of our haircuts involve dry cutting to refine and personalise the shape. A full blow-dry is essential to completing the service, allowing your stylist to assess how the haircut falls and make any final adjustments for a tailored finish.

For this reason, we do not offer a separate cut-only service without a blow-dry.
